Terms of Sale: Live arrival is guaranteed on livestock sent
within the UK.
- Once payment
is received. Orders are usually processed within 5 working days,
but please allow a maximum of 28 days. Any DOAs (dead on arrival) or shorts
must be reported immediately (upon arrival), livestock guaranteed
for 24hrs. Any
DOAs or shorts within the given period must be returned immediately
to qualify for refund. Livestock subject to availability and price alteration.
Scientific names are, to the best of our knowledge, correct.
We accept no liability for species found to be incorrectly identified.

- In the unfortunate
event of any stock arriving dead, please carefully pack the specimen
and return it for a full credit.
We regret that we cannot issue refunds other than against the
return of the specimen.
- The procedure
is:
1. email within 24hrs of receipt to obtain a reference number
and to establish a delivery date.
2. Return the Item.
3. We will credit your card or issue a cheque according to your
payment method.
4. Regrettable, it is impractical to replace the loss.
- Export
Orders:
We export Livestock to Europe only. Importing livestock is at
your own risk. Once we have sent the order, we no longer claim
responsibility. It is your responsibility for ensuring the legality
of importing the goods into your country. Live arrival is not
guaranteed.

are venomous, toxic or poisonous. You are buying these creatures
at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any injury
or fatality caused by any of the insects/invertebrates. It is
essential that, before buying any of the insects/inverts., you
know how to look after them. Care sheets can be found on the
website, in addition we offer a selection of useful books.
